Inception in Utrecht, the Netherlands
A server went down, nothing major but again backed up the entire team for a day.
Proof of concept

Created the first off the cuff implementation
Nothing more than a simple Crystal script but it proved it could be done.
Initial product

Transitioned to a SaaS business model
Whilest waiting for parts of a custom keyboard to arrive started started coding on an honest to God disk space monitor.
Our customers could span the globe
